Highlight of Soapbox 2012 – artist eshcetera


Updated 10/8/12 at 9:38am: I mistook one area on exhibit to be one artist, when in fact it was two!


The images to the left are created by Andrew James Macasil.


The artist eshcetera (E. Salvador Hernandez)’s work was shown to the left of Macasil’s. I didn’t get a picture of his, but follow the link above to see his work. I truly loved their works and expression. Check both of these artists out and follow their blogs to find where they’re showing!

Fresh from exhibiting at the Tom of Finland Foundation’s 2012 West Hollywood – Los Angeles Erotic Art Fair Weekend, I’m back with two more exhibitions coming up this coming weekend!

You’ve got two more chances to check out my work:

First, there’s Soapbox at East LA Rep on Friday & Saturday, October 5th & 6th, 2012. East LA Rep is located at 1350 San Pablo St., East LA, CA 90033 (near LA County/USC Medical Center)

Soapbox is an interdisciplinary art festival featuring the art of working professionals who moonlight as unsuspecting artists! There will be art, music, and goods for sale! Doors open at 7:30pm. Performances Begin at 8pm.
$2 Entry Fee or a Bottle of Two Buck Chuck

Second, there’s also Casita del Pueblo’s 7th Annual Dia de los Muertos/Day of the Dead exhibition artist reception on Saturday, October 6th, 2012 from 6pm to 10pm. The exhibition runs from Saturday, October…
